Our community classes are currently exploring what has become known as the Drama Triangle, an ingrained and very popular pattern of relating that runs on adrenaline and a race for the victim position (poor me), the righteousness of the villain (screw you) or the subtler satisfaction of the Hero (poor you). The series started with Katie’s recent class, bringing some new, fun (!) experiential ways to move out of the triangle and into authentic relating, which you can find here. The next class, Reclaiming our Power: Understanding States of Consciousness, is scheduled in June with Dr. Julie Colwell.
A newly expanded resource for the Presence-Connect-Play app is available here. Just click on whichever prompt you'd like to focus on, and you'll be brought to a page with short videos, written instructions about how to enjoy each suggestion, and benefits that build with practice.
